McAlister Motors

Hugh is dealer principal of the McAlister Motors family owned car dealership in Young NSW and has been well schooled in the art of the car business by his father -  veteran production car, Touring Car Masters, Oz Truck and TA2 competitor Ian McAlister. After hanging up his footy boots, Hugh was a relatively late starter behind the wheel, first in an OZ Truck at Wakefield Park before moving into TA2 with his father in a two car Mustang Team. He won the Hoosier award in National Trans AM last year and the Geoff Leeds Memorial Trophy at QLD Raceway this year for best serving the late Geoff Leeds mantra of race hard, race fair, give racing room and respect your fellow competitor.
